Today was the first real rain Wisconsin has seen of the year. In areas with no snow left, this is super-handy to clean the streets. Tulips start blooming. If there is any snow left while it's raining, it can be foggy and pretty dangerous to drive. It's also the kind of early spring day that's perfect for napping (but not while driving, mind you).
